By accessing and using Velox.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
Velox.ai is an enterprise-grade SDLC management platform that provides AI-powered code review, UI standardization, and production monitoring capabilities through integration with third-party version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket).
Access to the Service requires authentication via OAuth with a supported version control provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is available and recommended.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Service processes code and repository data solely for the purpose of providing code review and analysis functionality. We implement SOC 2 compliant security controls including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and audit logging.
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service. Session data is retained for 30 days, audit logs for 90 days, and analysis results for 90 days. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time through the API or by contacting our privacy team.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You retain all rights to your code and repository data. The Service does not claim ownership of any content you submit for analysis. AI-generated review comments and suggestions are provided for informational purposes and may be used freely.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service interface. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
